Update on tree removal: Nov. 1, 2004
Trees are currently being marked in Wynola and Julian town site.
There are about 800 trees marked in Whispering Pines.
Whispering Pines is currently out for bid to contractors.
There are over 47,000 trees marked in Kentwood I and II.
Those areas will go out for bid soon.

    ongoing assistance to try to meet your housing, food and other needs.
  • Pet Assistance:
    If you need assistance caring for your pets, PETCO is offering up to $500 in pet assistance. Please pick up information at the Resource Center
  • LAUNDRY:
    We are working on ten commercial washers and dryers at Jess Martin Park.

Stop by or call the Julian/Cuyamaca Resource Center for a problem resolution form.
We send them to County and receive a timely response. The County and the County Supervisor welcomes your feedback and this is a more efficient way to get the information we need.

Fire Victims may bring burned waste free of charge.
Ash should be bagged, Metals separated.
NO Hazardous Materials. Standard Vehicles ONLY
Vehicle Removal (FREE)
Property owners can call the County of San Diego to remove vehicles destroyed by the wildfires free of charge. Trucks, trailers, and any other vehicle licenced or required to be under California Vehicle Code are eligible. 760 940 2893
